REWIND processes only the personal information needed to fulfil your order and keeps customer uploads private by default.

What we collect

We collect contact details, uploaded photographs, order answers, consent records, payment references and generated photographs required to provide REWIND. Payment details are processed by the payment provider, not stored by REWIND.

How we use it

We use uploads and answers to fulfil an order, provide support, protect against misuse and meet legal obligations. Customer photographs are not automatically used for marketing, examples or model training.

Processors and retention

REWIND may use carefully selected hosting, payment and AI processing providers to deliver the service. Files are retained only for the configured fulfilment and download period, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. For privacy requests, contact info@Timberservices.nl.

Operator identity, governing jurisdiction and retention settings must be completed in the production business configuration before legal launch.
